Before you proceed with the steps below, please take note that Domain & Cloud Servers Plans have a sligtly different way of generating invoice.

1. Login to your Readyspace Customer Portal
2. Click the Services drop down menu at the left bar of the screen
3. and select the appropriate subscription that you want to generate invoice (Ex: WebSpace SG, Office Mail SG)
4. Click on the Services name under Product/services.
5. Click on Manual Service Renew link
6. Click on Renew now button
7. System will prompt you to confirm
8. Click OK
