1) Log into Professional Spam filter.(https://cloud.readyspace.com/knowledgebase/article/42/how-to-manage-the-professional-spam-filter-in-cpanel/)
2) Scroll down and look for the menu “Incoming”, then choose the option “Spam Quarantine” at the left menu, the quarantined emails will be listed there.
3) To view a specific accounts, click on “New rule”, then choose “To” or “From”, then enter the email address you would like to check.
