• • Login to Server console from the client portal click here
  • The console will lead you to the Windows starting page
  • Press Ctrl + alt + del key then it will show you “users password must be changed before signing in” and click on OK

  

  • Then provide a new password and confirm the same ( NOTE: please provide a stronger password for better security of the server ).
  • After that, the password will be saved and you can log in to the server using the same password. You can change the password after login to the server and from the password reset option.
